Race Guideline

Standards for the Participants

  • All participants enter into this event at their own risk as signed on the liability waiver form during the race registration.
  • Participants must bear full responsiblity for their health, safety and third-party liabilities during the activity. Participants are advised to purchase their own insurance cover if necessary. The organizer, affiliated organisations, sponsors, volunteers and staffs will not be liable for the health, safety and third-party liabilities of participants.
  • Our race uses mostly roads and trails within the country park under the management of Agriculture, Fisheries and Conservation Department of Hong Kong. Therefore, all participants must follow general safety guidelines and consider general public safety as well as their own and fellow runners.
  • All participants must comply with Prevention and Control of Disease (Prohibition on Group Gathering) Regulation.
  • All participants must not congregate more than 4 person at any public places.
  • All participants must come prepared with mandatory gears and train well for the race as the activity is physically demanding and may cause physical injury or even death.
  • Any injury or accident must report to organizers at Start/Finish.
  • For serious case, matter will be reported and handed over to professionals.
  • Ensure your own safety and that of others.  Be considerate of other trail and road users at all times.  Take great care when crossing or running on roads.  If another runner is injured or in distress, please assist.  The race organiser will gladly deduct from your finishing time any time spent assisting an injured or distressed fellow participant.
