Collection of Racepacks : Only available for participants who signed up on or before 21st February
Date: 24 February to 28 February
Time: 11 am to 8 pm
Location: Gone Running Store, 3/F, Simsons Commercial Building, 137 Johnston Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong (Wan Chai MTR A3 Exit, turn left, then walk 20 m)
* Please check your BIB number here before collecting your race pack. If your name does not have a BIB number, it implies your race pack is not available yet.
*NO race pack will be distributed on race day except for those without bib numbers and overseas runners (require a copy of their passport).
* Bring Your Own Bag: No bags will be provided; please bring your own bag for racepack collection

Participants who signed up after 21st February will be given their race bib on the race day. Please come to Racematix Counter before your race.

Fundraising

As a charity race organizer, we would like to encourage participants to make additional donations. You can do this either via Racematix directly or by creating a fundraising page on Simplygiving using this link.
 
All proceeds from the race will go directly to benefit two wonderful charities: Child Welfare Scheme Limited (CWS) and Gurkha Cemeteries Trust (GCT). Your participation and support will make a significant difference in the lives of those in need.
 

All proceeds will go to CWS & GCT. Tax deductible receipt will be provided for the donation of HK$100 and above.

Registration

Registration and payment is via Racematix. You will be transferred to the Racematix registration page when proceeding to entry at the bottom of this page. If you already have a profile with Racematix, you can log in to your profile to enter. If you do not have a profile on Racematix, you will need to first establish your profile with relevant details – it is a simple procedure that takes a few minutes.

Payment options on Racematix include Local bank transfers, Paypal and credit card. Please note that there are admin fees associated with Paypal and Credit Card. If you pay with Paypal or Credit Card, your confirmation will be immediate upon payment. If you pay via bank transfer, you will need to return to the Racematix registration page to upload a copy of the payment confirmation. This will then be verified and your registration confirmed within a 2 day period.

Transfers, Cancellation & Refunds

  • Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • No refunds in the event of event cancellation or postponement due to weather or force majeure, such as an outbreak of COVID-19, a protest, or government restrictions imposed on an outdoor event.

Categories

Open Male & Open Female. Minimum Age Requirement is 18 years old.
 

Entitlements

The entry fee includes the following entitlements:
  • Race bib
  • Timing bracelet (needs to be returned at the Finish Line)
  • 2 water stops (Please bring your own bottle/camel pack, no cups will be provided)
  • First Aid at 2 Checkpoints
  • Traditional Nepalese Buffet at Finish
  • Bag drop off
  • Finishers of the race (having completed the full course within the set time limits) will receive a Finisher’s medal.
