* Participants must complete the race in One go during the daytime (between 6 am – 6 pm) within specified cut off hours and date above.
* Participants must join the Virtual QNET Gurkha Trailblazer 2021 strava event to qualify for the medals and prizes.
* Participants must record their run by using Strava mobile app/ GPS watch

Getting to the Start line
Start Line is located at Lau Shui Heung Reservoir in the northeast of New Territories of Hong Kong.
To get to the start line, get off at Fanling MTR station Exit C and walk towards minibus station. Take minibus No. 52B and get off at Lau Shui Heung Road/ Hok Tau roundabout. Walk towards Lau Shui Heung Reservoir entrance (https://goo.gl/maps/kPzbiAwVDhJkyZMMA ).

Alternatively, participants can share cab with fellow runners to get to the start line.
Mandatory Gear
There will be no checkpoint support this year. Therefore, participants must carry following gears and items to complete the race. We also recommend you to get your friends/families to support you along the route.

*Please note that there are no shops or water resources along the route. Therefore, all runners are advised to come prepared or buy any necessary items at Fanling station before the race.
Timing
Participants must record the whole activity/run on their strava app (Download Strava for mobile https://www.strava.com/mobile ) or GPS watch in order to qualify for the medals and prizes.
Participants are recommended to carry extra battery for their mobile devices specially for 26km distance.

Navigation
There will be no course marking along the routes. All participants should study the route before starting the race.

Drop Bag
There will be no drop bag services. Participants must carry everything they need during and after the race.

We encourage all participants to train well and study the route before the race. All participants must follow the rules and regulation below:
Emergency
In case of emergency, please contact the number provided on the back of your race BIB for assistance.
Adverse Weather
Participants are recommended to check the weather forecast from Hong Kong Observatory. Do not attempt the race in case of adverse weather condition (typhoon, heavy rain, thunderstorm, very hot weather). If participants face adverse weather conditions during the activity, please stop and seek shelter at safe place and inform the organizer.
Health & Safety
Participants must follow the health and safety guidelines listed on the page below.
Public Toilet
Public toilet is located at the start and finish line within Lau Shui Heung Reservoir. Please be considerate to other general public and users of the toilet.
Take Your Litter Home
All participants are requested to keep the venue clean by properly disposing the litter in designated garbage bin provided by the organizer on the day. Please note that there are no bins on the trail (other than those at Check Points) so all participants must Take Your Litter Home (or back to start/finish line). Littering will result in disqualification from the race.

Your support will go a long way to provide education to disadvantaged children and youth in Hong Kong and Nepal. You can continue to fundraise on your Simplygiving page till 31st March 2021.
